Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong says that all public transportation services run by Prasarana Malaysia Berhad will let Persons with Disabilities (OKU) ride for free for a month.
According to the Transport Minister, this will be valid from 31 August 2022 until 30 September 2022 on all Prasarana services, including Rapid KL, Rapid Penang, Rapid Kuantan, LRT, MRT, Monorail, BRT or bus stop and Rapid Mobility.
Persons with Disabilities (OKU) and those with a JKM-registered disabled card will get free trips for one month on all Prasarana public transportation services.
Dr. Wee flagged off Explorasi Merdeka Rapid KL participants at the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) MRT station and interacted with visitors and merchants at the ‘Rapid KL Support Lokal’ event.
Tan Sri Jamaludin Ibrahim, chairman of Prasarana, and Mohd Azharuddin Mat Sah, president and CEO of Prasarana Group, were also present.
