After its reopening on November 14, 2022, commuters on the Kelana Jaya LRT Line will receive free rides for one week.
Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd, the operator of the LRT, MRT, and Monorail services, previously announced that passengers on the line will be given free rides for every day that the Kelana Jaya service was disrupted, which was 5 days, but riders would be given free fares for seven days.
Rapid Rail said My50 cardholders will receive seven extra days of tickets when they renew between Nov. 21 and Dec. 20. For those whose cards expire between Nov. 14 and 20 can still use them for free, but they must have an RM5 balance
“Commuters of the Kelana Jaya line may enjoy the free fare by acquiring special one-way tokens from customer service offices.
