GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
- Acceptance copy of advertisement(s) should reach Infinitas Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd at least 5 working days before date of publication.
- A minimum of 21 days’ notice must be given to book or cancel space. In the event of notice not being given, Infinitas Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge for the space booked.
- Infinitas Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the discretion to edit and revise or reject articles / artwork even after acceptance for publication. Any advertisement deemed by the publisher to be untruthful or objectionable in subject matter or word or disparaging of a competitive article or unsuitable for any other reason, whether space for the said advertisement has been booked in advance or not may be rejected. The advertiser hereby undertakes to indemnify the publisher against all liability in respect thereof and against all such actions as law-suits, proceedings, losses, costs and expenses whatsoever which may be taken or made against the Infinitas Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd or incurred or become payable by the Infinitas Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd in respect thereof.
- Infinitas Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right and discretion to refuse blocks, artworks borders, and typefaces, decorate rules or other materials for advertising that are considered unsuitable or objectionable.
- The publisher reserves the right and discretion to suspend issue on any day, week or month or to increase or decrease the number of editions without notice as circumstances demand.
- All approved accounts are payable 3 days from date of publication. A payment of 100% to paid upon signing of Invoice. All deposit paid are not refundable or transferable. All Cheques must be crossed and made payable to “INFINITAS TECHNOLOGIES (M) SDN BHD” (MAYBANK ACCOUNT NO: 5080-1062-7506).
- All orders are subject to space being available. Should any advertisements be omitted from the issue for which it was booked, it will be inserted in the first issue thereafter where space’ is available, unless the client stipulates otherwise. Infinitas Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd also reserves the right and discretion to move advertisements booked in a “guarantee” or other position when deemed necessary. Unless the Advertiser is paying the published premium rate for a “guaranteed” position or page in his reference for position or page, publication of article will be subject to availability of space.
- No responsibility can be accepted for losses arising from typographical or other errors. Where the advertisement copy is received after the copy deadline the publishers cannot take any responsibility whatsoever for the quality or reproduction of the advertisement. Nor can responsibility be accepted for any losses incurred whatsoever as a result of cancellation and advertisement.
- It is the advertiser’s responsibility to check that the advertisement of a series is published correctly and Infinitas Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd does not accept responsibility for any advertisement published incorrectly after the initial insertion, unless corrected by the advertiser and written notice given to the publisher.
- Infinitas Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to revise the rates and or costs of advertisement upon giving notice of at least seven (7) days whereupon the revised rates shall take effect and the advertiser shall have to make any outstanding payments at the revised rate.
